There are four workspaces for the developers which are named similar as the authentic districts in Istanbul such as, Beyoğlu, Kadıköy, Balat, Karaköy. It is intended to provide a group of spaces which offer alternative forms of collaboration and communication.

All of the leased space is designed as a blank canvas that gives the possibility to the users to (re)organize their strategies and approach and the methods each and everyday according to their needs from scratch by the help of the flexible infrastructure and the mobility of the furniture .
